What happens each month?
Your website team makes your edits, keeps the site running and checks your local search details. Then you get a short note on what we checked, what we changed and what we suggest next. When you ask for something, a real person answers.
Who works on my website?
Your website team covers three roles: design and words, local search and checks, and technical care. One lead is accountable for your requests, so you always know who has it and what happens next.
We use AI tools to speed up drafting, research and testing. A person reviews every change before it goes live on your site.
When is the website mine?
Your domain, business information and Google accounts are always yours. The website design and code are rented until your 24th monthly payment.
After 24 monthly payments, the website is yours: the design, code and content we made for you, with instructions to move it if you ever want to. Parts we reuse across sites, and third party fonts and images, stay under their own licenses. We explain any limits before you sign.
Want to own it sooner? Ask us and we will work it out with you.
What happens after the website is mine?
Keep everything in your plan, including hosting, upkeep, edits and local search, for $250/month. Or take your website wherever you like. It's your choice. See the terms.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. We work on a useful website, accurate business information and practical local search improvements. Search results also depend on competition and Google's systems.
What does Google Business Profile support include?
We help with eligible profiles, accurate details and authorized updates. Your business owns the profile. Google controls verification and eligibility. Weekly posts, unlimited review replies and suspension appeals are not included unless we agree on them first.
What if I need more pages or locations?
Tell us what you need. We agree a separate scope before additional work begins.
Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
No setup fee. The minimum is three months, then month to month. After that, cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. See the terms.
If you cancel before your 24th monthly payment, you keep your domain, your Google accounts and everything you gave us, and we send you a copy of your content. The website itself comes down when your paid service ends, unless you buy it first.
